Potato Salad

Ingredients (For 2 persons) :
- 2 Idaho potatoes, 
- 1 spring onions, 
- 1 small Boston Lettuce
- 4 Oz La Sauce Pickles & Parsley
- Parsley for decoration

Preparation:
(Approximate time 20mn)
- Cut in four, peel and steam the potatoes (for 15 mn)
- Once cooked, dice them and keep them aside.
- Chop the spring onions in slices, or as preferred.
- Add the spring onions to the potatoes.
- Add 8 oz of La Sauce Pickles & Parsley to the mix.
On a serving dish, lay few washed lettuce leaves around the dish and add the mix of potatoes in it, add few extra pieces of spring onions on top.

 



Avocado, Cucumber and Shrimp

Ingredients (For 2 persons) :
- 1 avocado
- 1/4 cucumber
- 8 steam cooked shrimp
- 4 Oz La Sauce Pickles & Parsley

Preparation:
(Approximate time is 15 mn)
- Wash and chop the cucumber in small pieces
- Chop  6 shrimp in small pieces, same as the cucumber. (keep 2 shrimp uncut for presentation)
- Mix in a bowl the the chopped cucumber shrimp together with 4 Oz of La Sauce Pickles & Parsley
- Cut the avocado in 2, remove the seed, and gently spoon out the avocado from the skin to keep its shape. Then cut them in 3 pieces each
- On a serving dish, present the mixture with the avocado pieces, slices of cucumber and the whole shrimp nicely placed together


Crab Cake

Ingredients (For 2 persons) :
- 6 Oz of crab lumps
- 1 celery branch
- 8 Oz Penko ( Japanese bread crumb )
- 4 Oz La Sauce Pickles & Parsley
- Cherry Tomatoes for presentation

Preparation:
(Approximate time is 15 mn)
- Chop the crab lumps to smaller pieces
- Wash and Chop the celery in small dices
- Mix in a bowl the crab and the celery together, with 4 Oz of La Sauce Pickles & Parsley
- With this mix, make small balls and roll them into penko
- Hit a skillet with 2 oz of grapeseed oil, cook the crab-cakes until there are starting to get brown
Remove from the pan, add them on a service dish with dice tomatoes.
You can enjoy this dish with other La Sauce flavors to use them as ingredients or as side sauce

 



Tuna Sandwich on Baguette Bread

Ingredients (For 2 Sandwiches) :
- 6 Oz of canned tuna
- 1 Baguette bread
- 1/2  carrot
- 4 Oz La Sauce Pickles & Parsley
- Fresh parsley

Preparation:Preparation:
(Approximate time is 5 mn)
- Wash and chop the carrot in small dices
- Wash and chop some fresh parsley
- Mix in a bowl the carrot and the tuna together, with 4 Oz of La Sauce Pickles & Parsley
- Cut the bread in serving size sandwich, cut it in two from the middle and toast it in the oven
- Spread the tuna mix on the bottom side baguette, add the chopped parsley on top and cover with the top side of the baguette


Lamb Chops with Klondike Potatoes, on Iceberg Salad

Ingredients (For 2 persons) :
- 6 small Klondike potatoes
- 4 Lamb chops
- 1/4 Small Iceberg Salad
- 4 Oz La Sauce Pickles & Parsley
- Fresh Chive

Preparation:
(Approximate time is 30 mn)
- Hit a skillet with 2 oz of grapeseed oil, cook the lamb chops to your liking, pink inside or weel done (10 to 15mn)
- Cut in 2, peel and steam the potatoes (for 15 mn)
- Wash and chop the iceberg in small pieces
- Wash and chop some chive for presentation
- Mix in a bowl the iceberg with 4 Oz of La Sauce Pickles & Parsley
- On a serving dish place the lamb chops with the cut potatoes and the iceberg, sprinkle all over with the chive
